Step 5: In Archive file: Browse any desired location and save that archived file with a new name -> Click OK.
How to Turn off AutoArchive Option in 2007, 2013 & 2016?
If you want to archive only when you require, the simply turn off AutoArchive Option during the process.
- In Outlook 2007:
Go to Tools menu-> Click Options-> Tap on Other menu -> Press Autoarchive button
- In Outlook 2013 & 2016:
- Press File menu > Select Options > Press Advanced.
- In AutoArchive-> Press AutoArchive Settings.
